As a new and independently owned business, we currently carry a limited amount of stock. While we keep selected items on hand, some products may need to be ordered directly from our trusted manufacturing partner before they can be shipped or collected. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and whether your order is dispatched from our manufacturer or from our own stock.

If your item needs to be ordered from our manufacturer and then sent to us before we can package it for you, please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for your order to arrive. Production typically takes 1–7 business days, followed by 9–20 business days for transit within Australia, resulting in an estimated delivery timeframe of 15–30 business days overall.

If your item is already in stock, orders are generally packed within 2–4 business days. Delivery time will then depend on whether you're receiving local delivery or your order is being sent via Australia Post or another courier service. We can ship worldwide (it just may take a bit longer for delivery), if any queries or concerns just contact us.

We'll keep you updated every step of the way. Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email or message with order updates, tracking information (where available), and an estimated delivery timeframe.
